 's original vision for the group was for this to be a place to share their dragon characters or general dragons with emotions other than anger or rage, due to this emotion already being so prevalent in Dragon artwork everywhere. In taking over the group from him, I will try my best to carry the group forward under that same vision, out of respect for him, and for the group itself. For this reason, I shall also leave here the mission statement he set out:1. What do you want to get out being part of this group? I want to see the support for not just dragons, but those that believe that dragons are more than just myths and legends of creatures that try to destroy every little thing. 2. What values should this group carry forward? As far as on deviantART, I hope the main value will be to show how much emotion a dragon can show, and the range of emotions. Not just anger, but fear, sadness, and even happiness. Off of dA, I hope the members can get together and talk about a wide variety of things, including things that pertain to the group. 3. What will this group look like three months from now? One year from now? I hope it will look like a robust, active group. Just like any founder would want. 4. What rules do we want to set forth and carry out? Just adhere to the policy deviantART has established and try your hardest to talk to others, even if it may seem too scary. The people here will not hurt you, especially not me. This is a group of peace, and the things we display here are just a small bit of that peace. We're all here to show greatness in dragons, as well as in ourselves. It is my hope that these will each be carried out to the fullest as well. This was his vision, and now, it is our vision.
